Perfectly located just two miles from Cowes and one mile from Newport, Salterns sits in the heart of the scenic Medina Valley, right on the banks of the River Medina.

Our kitchen focuses on high-quality dishes made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We offer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options, along with an ever-changing selection of daily specials to suit every taste.

Following a recent refurbishment and expansion, Salterns now features a dedicated private function room and a spacious, contemporary interior.

Outside, guests can enjoy generous seating areas including a heated veranda and a raised deck with beautiful marina views. Inside, we can comfortably accommodate over 170 guests, with space for a further 250 outdoors and free parking is available throughout the marina.
